Agents and AI card
What the agents and the AI features do, and what to check. From Lesson 9; checked in the app on 2026-10-18.
Agent jobs
- Recognise them: “Raised automatically by the … Agent” under the title. Type CM, usually already assigned.
- Some are paperwork (invoices, briefings, data feeds, toolbox cadence). Keep, reassign or cancel each with a reason.
- They skip the approval ladder and count in the work order figures.
- Never safety actions: no permit, lock, switching or energising.

Proposals (draft purchase requests, warranty claims): Accept, Decline and Reverse really act on the draft.
AI features
