Every shift

  1. Look at P1 and P2. Nothing chases P2 for you. A P1 tile of 0 can hide acknowledged P1s.
  2. Filter Acknowledged. For each P1 with a job number, open the job: does it cover this fault, at the right priority?
  3. Job numbers with the plant code (WO-A01-…) were raised by the app. Rows with no “Ack:” name were acknowledged by the app.
  4. Closure discipline panel: clear alarms whose jobs are done (Auto-Resolve), and chase alarms older than 7 days.
  5. Hand over any shelved alarms by name.
  6. Stock alarm (“This clears itself once … is back in stock”): raise a purchase request, not a work order.
