A working day on the phone. From Lesson 5; checked in the app on 2026-10-14.
The day
- Check in on the phone home screen: your registered phone, inside the plant boundary (4 km or more), good GPS, no fake GPS.
- Work tab → open your job → Navigate to site · Scan Asset QR · before photos.
- Clear the Safety Pack items (each links to its screen) · tick the 4 pre-start boxes · Start Work Now.
- During photos · checklist steps · timer.
- Complete: labour hours (compulsory) · downtime hours (corrective) · notes · after photos · 3 safety statements · failure, cause and remedy codes.
- Clear the sync badge · check out.
No signal

“No signal - not sent” appears at the top of the job page. Keep the page open and press again with signal. Before leaving: no “queued” or “pending sync” badge.
Help
- SOS: More → My Team - Live → SOS. Alerts your plant's active staff and the fleet managers, with your position.
- Location: after you tap Enable once, any open page sends your position (and battery) while you are inside the plant boundary. Nothing is sent with the app closed.
- Incident: quick action on the home screen.
- New or broken phone: an administrator resets your registered phone.
