PM card
Planned maintenance on one page. From Lesson 6; checked in the app on 2026-10-16.
The chain
Templates → Generate Schedule (plant level) → release (automatic, or plant level presses it) → PM round work order (WO-PM-…, by band: Daily, Routine, Periodic; starts at assigned, no approval) → Execute each task → round moves on.
Where: Maintenance Hub → Maintenance Planner. At most 3 open automatic rounds per plant: finish old rounds or new ones stop.
Doing a task
- Clear the round's safety pack and Start Work on the round first.
- Open the task → Execute. Read tools, spares, procedure.
- Answer every * check: Pass, Fail or N/A.
- Type every measured number. A pass with an empty box is stored, with no evidence.
- Failed check: write it in the notes and the shift log, and raise a corrective job yourself.
- Complete this PM. Done is refused on a task with required checks; use Execute.
- “PM release is paused”: the plant holds 3 open rounds. Sign off each round's safety pack and close it; finished tasks alone do not free the slot.
Reading compliance
Monthly compliance = completed ÷ due this month, target ≥ 90%. It counts tasks, not safe or evidenced work: check it against round status (started?) and the Evidence column.
Shift logbook
Maintenance Hub → Shift Logbook. One handover per plant, date and shift. Incoming person types their own name at handover; plant level acknowledges. Write WO and permit numbers in full.
