Quick start card

Sign in
- Your platform address → email or username → password → Sign In.
- 2FA on? Enter the 6-digit code. Keep the 10 backup codes: if you lose the phone and the codes, there is no reset button in the app.
- Phone → mobile screen. Computer → your chosen landing page (My Preferences), else your dashboard.
- Signed out after 30 min idle (default) and after 8 hours regardless.

Always: you never approve your own job, and you never verify your own work.
The loop
Plant data → alarm (or the PM plan) → work order → safety (permit, LOTO, JHA) → field work on the phone → verify → close → reports and KPIs.
Deadlines by priority
Critical 4 h · High 1 day · Medium 3 days · Low 7 days, from when the job is raised.
Something missing or wrong?
- Check the role chip and your plant.
- Can't start a job? A safety item is still open; the work order names it.
- Report it with: module name, plant, time, what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot of the whole window.
